Internship: Project Controller, Scheduler, Italy

In this role you will:

The candidate will provide support for the scheduling of activities for a large Capex Project in Rosia Site. The project is carrying out all the activities necessary for the dismantling of and existing facility where aseptic products are formulated filled and inspected and the installation of a new material preparation area, compounding area, filling area and visual inspection area. You'll be part of a fast pace always changing environment.

Project activities include all the relevant disciplines as Civil and Process Engineering, Automation, Digitalization Commissioning and Validation.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to be included in several activities supporting projects/programs team to develop the and update the schedule. This will be an opportunity to learn how Large Projects evolves in terms of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, validation.

Main activities will include:

• Support the project planner to develop the overall project schedule and the weekly schedule;
• Support the project planner to execute the analysis of the critical path and risk on the schedule and to develop recovery and mitigation plan;
• Support the project planner to estimate the personnel histogram of the project by discipline;
• Support the project planner to evaluate the materials quantity necessary for the project;
• Support the project planner to develop the weekly and monthly reports;
• Support the project planner to lead the daily meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Student or Master's Degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Chemical preferred)
• Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 are a plus)
• Fluent in spoken & written English
