As the Cross Fit Coach, you will provide coaching and training in a safe environment using the Cross Fit methodologies.

What your day will look like:

• Conduct a class while applying the Cross Fit program safely and effectively.
• Greet clients upon entering and throughout class.
• Provide post training feedback and cues for improved performance.
• Ensure a standard of proper mechanics at high intensity.
• Identify the primary points of performance of foundational and additional movements.
• Apply appropriate corrections toward improved movement.
• Scale for any ability level.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to enhance their gym experience.

Must have availability on Wednesday mornings.

What it takes to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years Cross Fit experience preferred.
• Cross Fit Level 1 or higher is required.
• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
