What You’ll Do
  • Respectful Communication: Actively listens to client requests, uses professional language, responds promptly and courteously, maintains confidentiality; communicates project updates effectively
  • Problem Solving and Initiative: Identifies, analyzes, and resolves problems efficiently, considers different solutions and implements the best course of action, handles scheduling conflicts or escalated clients, collaborates to overcome project challenges
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrates professionalism, diligence, reliability, punctuality, and organization. Takes responsibility for work quality, maintains professional appearance and meets deadlines consistently
  • Willingness to cover at our Headquarters as needed!
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: 1+ years of office administration or office coordinator experience
  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree
  • Industry Exposure: Experience working in a fast paced, team environment
  • Communication

    Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors
  • Organizational

    Skills:

    Ability to manage files, schedules, and tasks efficiently
  • Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software like Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and other relevant tools
  • Problem‑Solving

    Skills:

    Ability to address and resolve issues that arise in the office environment. Working collaboratively with team members to become subject matter experts (SME’s) to support other departments
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management
  • Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Adaptability: Being flexible and able to adjust to changing office dynamics and priorities
