- Welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
- Gather and verify demographic and insurance information with accuracy and care.
- Complete patient registrations following established guidelines.
- Help prevent billing delays by ensuring clean, error‑free accounts.
- Maintain fast, precise data entry in a busy, fast‑moving environment.
- Collaborate with a supportive team while also working independently.
- Provide age‑appropriate service to the diverse patient population we serve.
- High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfort with computers, Microsoft Windows, and basic troubleshooting.
- A calm, positive presence even on busy days.
- A commitment to our mission, values, and the families we serve.

This position will float between New Berlin, Delafield, and Mequon.
