• Have several years of orthopedic PT experience.
• Love to build meaningful relationships and communicate in a way that inspires trust, keeps patients engaged in their plan of care, and helps them achieve outstanding results.
• Have a genuine passion for lifelong learning and take initiative to seek answers, embrace feedback, solve problems, and continually refine your clinical skills. You’re naturally curious, resourceful, and self‑directed when faced with new challenges.
• Take ownership of your caseload and patient experience, exercising sound clinical judgment, professional accountability, and a commitment to continual improvement.
• Value both evidence‑based practice and holistic, individualized care.
• Have “great hands” and enjoy incorporating manual therapies as a regular part of your practice (John Barnes Myofascial Release, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, IPA and other Manual Therapy Courses are encouraged however not required).
• Are interested in orthopedics, women’s/pelvic health, TMD/TMJ, manual therapy, chronic pain, wellness & prevention, or development of other specialties.
