We're looking for an experienced orthopedic/manual therapist who is passionate about clinical excellence, lifelong learning, and helping redefine what's possible in physical therapy.

55-Minute One-on-One Sessions

• No double-booking or aides
• No juggling multiple patients
• Ample time for in-depth assessments, patient education, manual therapies and exercise prescription with lengthier sessions
• Calm environment and pacing of the day

Clinical Freedom & Autonomy

• Practice with trust and professional respect
• Bring your full clinical skillset to work each day, utilizing your unique strengths and advanced training to deliver individualized care and exceptional outcomes.

Meaningful Caseload

• 6-8 patients on a typical day
• A practice that values quality care, meaningful relationships, thoughtful clinical reasoning, and exceptional patient outcomes over patient volume.
• AI-assisted documentation that allows you to focus your documentation on delivering excellent patient care—not satisfying unnecessary insurance requirements.

Leadership & Growth Opportunities

• Help develop specialty programs
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates
• Play an active role in clinic growth (Management & Team/Project Lead Opportunities, etc)

Unlimited Continuing Education and Support

• Advanced certifications, residencies, fellowships, and specialty training encouraged
• Mentorship and support in transitioning to a cash pay practice (clinical and communication)

Balance Within is a PT-owned, cash-based practice that has been serving Lake Country for more than 10 years. After experiencing the limitations of traditional insurance-based care, Drs. Sarah and Jereme Trunk founded Balance Within in 2015 with a simple vision: create a practice where therapists could thrive professionally while providing patients the time, attention, and individualized care they truly deserve.
