Position Overview
* Looking for Per Diem coverage/prn, also hiring for part-time or full-time Physical Therapist positions.
Orthopedic & Manual Physical Therapist at an established PT-owned cash practice. 55‑minute, one‑on‑one sessions. Practice autonomously with direct access. Great work/life balance & mentorship. Make a greater impact without insurance constraints.
Responsibilities- Provide 55‑minute, one‑on‑one physical therapy sessions.
- Use orthopedic and manual therapy techniques alongside patient education, therapeutic exercises, and evidence‑based care.
- Document treatment plans and progress in EMR system.
- Collaborate with team members and utilize mentorship to improve clinical skills.
- Maintain compliance with clinic policies and direct access protocols.
- Options for Per Diem/PRN, part‑time or full‑time positions.
- No weekend clinical hours required.
- Option to start part time and work up to full time.
- Working from downtown Delafield, WI.
- Strong, confident Orthopedic Physical Therapist with at least 1–2 years of experience.
- Experience or interest in Manual Therapies / Orthopedics; eager to receive training & mentorship.
- Interest or specialization in Women’s Health / Pelvic Floor is a bonus.
- Prioritizes continued clinical growth, learning, and professional development. Specialty certifications, OCS, fellowship training, and other specialized training programs encouraged.
- Future industry leaders who want to become renowned specialist PTs are highly encouraged.
