We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Director to lead and grow one of our busy dealership service departments. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day service operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
  • Forecast goals and objectives for the service department and work to achieve them
  • Monitor department performance through reports, tracking systems, and customer surveys
  • Recruit, train, and motivate shop employees
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
  • Direct and schedule department staff for maximum efficiency
  • Prepare pricing guides and maintenance menus for common labor operations
  • Coordinate with the Parts Dept. to ensure timely parts availability
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction ratings
  • Provide technical training and coaching to team members
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience and certification preferred
  • Proven leadership experience in an automotive service department
  • High CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and ESI (Employee Satisfaction Index) scores
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and committed to excellence
  • Valid driver’s license
