Location: Delafield, WI

Status: Full-Time | Food Manufacturing

Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 4:30 pm to 3:00 am

Compensation: Competitive based on experience

Salary Range: $25.00 to $30.00 hourly

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and facility areas
• Complete mechanical and basic electrical repairs as needed
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery to remove and replace defective parts
• Utilize tools such as wrenches, drills, hoists, gauges, and testing equipment
• Work with contractors and technicians when outside repair support is required
• Follow SQF Food Safety standards and maintain accurate documentation
• Support a safe, clean, and orderly work environment
• Assist cross‑functional teams to achieve production goals

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required
• High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Skilled with mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment setup
• Welding/Fabrication experience is a plus
• Strong communication and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and make good decisions
• Safety‑conscious and reliable
• Ability to lift, bend, twist, use ladders, and stand for shift duration
