Schedule & Pay
$24–$26 per hour, based on experience. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40! Enjoy a consistent 3-day workweek and a better work-life balance with four days off every week.
What You'll Do- Lead and coordinate daily shipping activities to meet production schedules and customer delivery commitments
- Assign work and provide day-to-day guidance to shipping team members
- Train employees on processes, work instructions, and best practices
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail
- Verify order quantities, shipping documents, bills of lading, and customer requirements
- Coordinate shipments and communicate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery
- Load, unload, and stage materials safely and efficiently
- Monitor product quality and address issues before shipments leave the facility
- Partner closely with Operations, Production, and Scheduling teams to keep material flowing smoothly
- Operate equipment and tools as needed to support production and shipping activities
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Maintain organized work areas and ensure compliance with company safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution experience
- Previous leadership, team lead, or training experience preferred
- Experience using ERP systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively across departments
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, shipping documents, and technical information

Work Environment &Physical Requirements
This position is based in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Team members should be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials throughout the day. Regular lifting up to 50 pounds is required, along with the use of PPE such as safety glasses and hearing protection.
