Executive Director
LifeCampUSA is a Christ-centered nonprofit ministry serving children ages 11-14 who have lost a parent in military, law enforcement, or first responder service. We exist to bring healing, hope, and community to some of the most deserving children and families in America. We are a small but mighty team doing big things and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of something that truly matters.
FaithRequirement
As a Christ-centered ministry, LifeCampUSA requires that all staff members share a personal Christian faith that is consistent with our mission, values, and organizational bylaws. This is not just a cultural preference -- it is a core requirement of serving on our team.
About the RoleThe Growth Marketing Lead is our first dedicated marketing hire. This is a leadership role rather than a hands-on execution role. The person in this seat owns our marketing strategy, helps select and manages the partners who execute it, and ensures that everything we produce represents the LCUSA mission with consistency and excellence.
This role exists to accomplish two things above all else. First, to reach the children and families we exist to serve. There are hundreds of eligible camper families across the country who have never heard of LifeCampUSA, and finding them is the priority. Second, to tell the LCUSA story with consistency and excellence, so that more people understand who we are, what we do, and why it matters.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Growth Marketing Lead will pursue those goals across three core areas:
1) Social media strategy. You will own our overall social media direction and manage the agency responsible for execution. Success here is measured by your ability to set strategy, define what excellent looks like, and hold the agency accountable to results as well as stepping in when required.
2) Integrated Marketing Strategy. You will lead and oversee our Integrated Marketing Strategy in partnership with our agency partner(s). You will serve as the primary point of contact and drive that relationship forward.
3) Partnerships. You will build and own our partnerships with other organizations and ministries for marketing and awareness purposes, and our relationships with influencers who can extend the reach of our mission.
This role requires someone who operates well without a great deal of existing structure. You will build systems, manage external partners, track outcomes, and bring new ideas forward. You will also join a team that leads with faith and cares deeply about the families we serve.
