The Consona Nurse Injector is a skilled aesthetic clinician who delivers best-in-class injectable treatments within a high-volume, surgeon-led plastic surgery and dermatology practice. This role is the primary provider for neurotoxin, dermal filler, and related non-surgical aesthetic services — combining clinical precision with a deep commitment to patient safety, natural outcomes, and long-term patient relationships.

This is not an entry-level injector role. We are looking for a PA, NP, or RN with a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on aesthetic medicine experience — someone who has seen enough faces, treated enough patients, and managed enough complications to practice with real clinical confidence. At Consona, the injector works alongside Board‑certified plastic surgeons and other providers who hold the entire practice to a standard of excellence.

That standard applies to every treatment, every consultation, and every patient interaction.

The right person for this role is as invested in the patient’s long‑term results as they are in today’s appointment. They build lasting relationships, treat conservatively when in doubt, and understand that the best injectors in aesthetic medicine are those patients trust enough to refer their closest friends.

• Perform neurotoxin injections (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify) with precision and consistent, natural‑looking results across a full range of facial areas
• Perform laser and energy‑based treatments, including patient consultation, treatment planning, procedure execution, and post‑treatment follow‑up
• Administer PRF/PRP treatments, Sculptra, Radiesse, Kybella, and other advanced injectables as credentialed and within scope
• Recognize contraindications, identify patients who are not appropriate candidates for treatment, and exercise sound clinical judgment when declining to treat
• Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations — assess facial anatomy, review patient goals, set realistic expectations, and develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize natural, proportionate results
• Photograph patients pre‑ and post‑treatment according to Consona clinical documentation standards — consistent, high‑quality photos are required, not optional
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, downtime, and aftercare instructions — ensure every patient leaves informed and confident in their care plan
• Build long‑term treatment relationships with patients — track results over time, adjust plans as patients age and goals evolve, and proactively schedule follow‑ups

• Maintain deep working knowledge of facial anatomy, vascular anatomy, and injection safety — there is no acceptable shortcut here
• Recognize and manage acute complications including bruising, swelling, vascular occlusion, and hypersensitivity reactions — hyaluronidase and emergency protocols must be immediately accessible and practiced
• Document all adverse events and complications in the EMR the same day they occur and report to the Medical Director within 24 hours without exception
• Participate in Consona clinical safety reviews and quality improvement initiatives — complications are discussed openly, not buried
