Overview

Naturescape is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist in Delafield, WI to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This is a career in lawn and landscape care with a stable, family-owned business. We offer opportunities to grow within the company and a supportive team environment.

$20/hr - $27+/hr is the average pay you can earn, including incentives and overtime opportunities. Starting wage is $20+/hr. As a specialist, you can significantly increase your average hourly pay by earning substantial weekly performance-based incentives. The majority of our specialists earn bonuses each week, and our top-performing specialists make an extra $15,000+ per year in performance-based bonuses alone. Overtime opportunities are frequently available.

• Work independently in outdoor environments with a flexible schedule.
• Provide lawn and landscape care services as part of a full range of offerings.
• Drive company vehicles to customer locations and perform services such as lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, mosquito control, and snow removal.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and trust in the services provided.

• Valid drivers license and good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn
