Our high volume family owned store is looking for a reliable, flexible, responsible individual with a positive attitude to join our team!

We have one of the top rated produce departments in The Lake Country Area.

Full Time position is 40 hours.
PERMANENT Position.

• Build and maintain visually appealing, full, and vibrant produce displays that align with high-end store aesthetics.
• Inspect all incoming and existing produce for freshness. Immediately remove bruised, blemished, or overripe items from the sales floor to minimize shrinkage.
• Practice rigorous stock rotation (FIFO - First In - First Out) to ensure the freshest product is always accessible to customers.
• Greet customers, assist with product locations, answer questions about flavor profiles, seasonality, and offer culinary or preparation suggestions.
• Maintain a spotless workspace by sweeping, mopping, breaking down cardboard boxes, and adhering to strict health and sanitation standards.
• This is a stocking position that requires attention to details and being an independent worker. This job requires the ability to lift over 50 lbs frequently.
• Weekend & holiday availability a must. Retail Grocery or Produce Experience helpful.
