Job Overview
The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team in order to deliver T-Mobile’s aspirations of earning a place in our customer’s hearts and Mobile Expert success.
Customer Responsibilities- Infuse every store’s Mobile Experts with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto and ensure they meet the "Loving Our Customers" standards.
- Ensure every customer need is met and help employees build customer confidence by creating comfortable, simple experiences and solving problems.
- Observe and provide feedback on Mobile Experts’ customer interactions for development, training, and coaching.
- Effectively manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
- Lead by example, remain expert on products, services, training, and leadership practices.
- Interact directly with Mobile Experts to ensure they meet or exceed monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time.
- Maintain store environment quality, visual displays, devices, and compliance with national plan‑ogram standards.
- Ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications; provide financial results, manage expenses, discounting, and credits.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $17.14 - $30.92
Annualized Incentive Target: $10,400
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will vary within this range based on location, qualifications, and experience.
Eligible for annual bonus or sales incentive based on role.
