• You enjoy interacting with customers and management in a positive and friendly way.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
• You have reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• You bring 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• You have experience in leading and training team members.
• You can efficiently use your smartphone or tablet to document your work after each shift.
• You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and colleagues.
• You are a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and achieving results.
• You can work independently while also being effective in team environments.
• You have a safety-first approach to job duties, especially in a retail setting.
