Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team specializing in Transportation Management Solutions. We are looking for a "Hyper Hunter" type individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation:
    Proactively identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts, focusing on Managed Solutions, parcel optimization, truckload services, and opportunities in the Mexican market.
  • Sales Strategy:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve sales goals.
  • Client Engagement:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Maintain a deep understanding of our Transportation Management Solutions, including parcel optimization and truckload services, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the outside sellers and operations teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor sales performance metrics and report regularly on progress toward sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
