Looking for a career with a growing company? Looking for a career with unlimited earning potential? Join our Applicance Sales Team as a full-time Sales Professional. Our first year Sales Professionals can expect to earn on average between $40,000 - $80,000.

We are looking for talented people that have a desire to learn and start a career in sales. We will train you! This is a commissioned position. We offer an hourly rate during our 60 day training program.

• Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation with them about their wants and needs.
• Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, care of merchandise, and warranty information to customers
• Make recommendations and develop working relationship to earn future business
• Answer any questions the customer has about financing and payment plans.
• Close the sale and assure the customer is happy with your purchase.
• At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
• Follow up with the customer to ensure theylovetheir purchase.

• This is a commission-based sales position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
• Availability to work every weekend and most holidays is required.

• Previous successful experience in appliance sales or customer service related positions preferred but not required.
• Passion about doing a great job and making a great living.
• Desire to have control over your earning ability.
• Outgoing personality and ability to have some fun.
• Confidence and desire to learn about the business through our training program.
• Commitment in helping customers with the utmost integrity.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
