We are in need of a Building Maintenance Technician for our multiple locations. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Building Maintenance Technician will own the job duties listed below.
Responsibilities- Ability to use a variety of tools in different weather conditions
- Efficiently and safely operate electric and gas-powered hand tools
- Ability to solve problems
- Drive a company vehicle safely between locations
- Plumbing experience preferred
- Light electrical repair experience
- Experience as a well-rounded handyman is a plus
- Proficient in use of smart devices and computers
- Valid driver's license
- OSHA compliance awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Great work ethic
- Mechanical ability
- Common sense
- Decision making
- Able to work with a team and individually
