Seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to provide daily support and supervision in a residential substance use treatment environment for men. Key duties include assisting residents with daily activities, medication support, documentation, transportation, crisis response, facilitating groups, and fostering a safe, recovery-focused atmosphere. Responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate records, supporting individualized treatment goals, and performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests as needed.
The role requires a commitment to making a positive impact on residents' lives and promoting lasting recovery.
