Monday-Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation: $36/hr - $38/hr

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
• Partner closely with HR on payroll accounting, PTO and comp time tracking, employee benefits, insurance-related accounting, and payroll reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Review and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts while ensuring accurate expense coding and allocations.
• Prepare sales tax filings, assist with audits, and support compliance and reporting requirements.
• Analyze, clean up, and maintain the integrity of the general ledger, helping improve financial accuracy and budget reporting.
• Develop financial reports and provide analysis to support budgeting, capital expenditures, and management decision‑making.
• Assist with accounting system enhancements, process improvements, internal controls, and other special projects to increase operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, a related field, or a combination of relevant work experience and education is required.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of financial experience is required; experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the use of automated business management systems such as BPICS, SAP, Sage 100, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, and communication skills are required.
