Finance Associate:
Onsite in our Deland, FL office, 5 days/week

SummaryRecord and report financial transactions, prepare monthly reconciliations and subsidiary statements, and support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer invoices and investigate billing discrepancies.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and assist with cash‑flow forecasting.
- Maintain fixed asset register and manage capital expenditure from proposal to capitalization.
- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions with the wider Kingspan Group.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and execute them.
- Leverage the use of SAP.
- Travel to other locations as required.
- Follow the Group Code of Conduct and compliance requirements.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- BA in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Experience with SAP, manufacturing industry, or multinational corporation with group reporting requirements (highly preferred).
- Ability to quickly learn and master new skills and tasks.
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
- Mathematically competent with strong analytical ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated good judgment, problem‑solving, and resourcefulness.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret and adapt methods, procedures, or concepts.
- Detail‑oriented.
- Strong customer service skills and diplomatic problem resolution.
- Professional, sensitive, tactful communication.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
