Construction Estimator

In this independent, start-to-finish role, you will analyze project plans, conduct material takeoffs, and craft comprehensive client proposals with an emphasis on concrete, masonry, and framing. To succeed, you must be able to "hit the ground running" with proficiency in Plan Swift Estimating Software.

• Conduct plan reviews with clients, construction managers and project managers
• Estimating plans in estimating software
• Process all job and bid documents at award of job
• Send RFI's to clients
• Input of material take off data from estimating software
• Write proposals and scope of work

• At least 2 years of construction estimating experience
• Proficient in Planswift Estimating Software
• Understanding of concrete, masonry and framing preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
