Our agency has two locations and has been serving the community for 18 years. Our successful agency is growing, and we are seeking an individual who is friendly and professional, has good communication skills, is self-driven, has the ability to stay calm under pressure and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. We are seeking an experienced, licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative with experience who is ready to take their career to the next level.

This opportunity is ideal for a top-performing service professional who enjoys helping clients, solving problems, and being part of a high-performing agency team.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to)
  • Service and support existing client accounts, including policy changes, coverage questions, and renewals
  • Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
  • Provide a positive customer experience
Job Qualifications
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is preferred license
  • Insurance experience preferred
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
  • Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
  • Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily
  • Willingness to be developed and coachable and open to feedback
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player
