Role Description The Client Success Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in DeLand, FL. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, serving as the main point of contact, and ensuring successful execution of direct mail and digital campaigns from onboarding through completion. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, coordinating project details with internal teams, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and proactively communicating status updates.
The Client Success Specialist will track client satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve processes and deepen long-term partnerships. This role also involves documenting client feedback, preparing basic reports, and supporting continuous improvement of the overall client experience.
Qualifications
- 2+years of client service, project coordination, or related experience
- Strong organizational and technical skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, CRM/MIS systems)
- Experience in printing, direct mail, marketing, or digital services preferred
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
- $50,000 - $65,000 base salary + performance bonsues
- Monthly & Quarterly incentives
