- Review and audit project documents, drawings, and schedules for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist Project Coordinators with tracking project progress, materials, and timelines.
- Verify data entry, project records, and compliance with internal processes.
- Communicate discrepancies or potential issues to the project team for resolution.
- Support cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to ensure projects are on track.
- Maintain organized records and reports to support project auditing and accountability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of precast concrete manufacturing processes and project workflows.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and checklists carefully.
- Proficiency with MS Office or project tracking software.
