The County of Volusia is seeking an experienced Treatment Plant Operator within the Water Resources & Utilities Division. This role is critical for the operation and monitoring of water and wastewater treatment plants, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating treatment plant machines, completing reports, and performing maintenance duties. A high school diploma and valid Florida driver’s license are necessary.
Compensation ranges based on certification levels between $22.11 and $44.33 per hour.
