- Environmental impact assessment and NEPA documentation experience
- Knowledge of Project Development and Environment (PD&E) procedures and Florida statutes
- Experience with GIS-based systems and environmental databases
- Ability to conduct field reviews and prepare technical reports
- Consultant management and contract coordination experience
