Finance Business Partner, E+, Americas

Overview

At Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, we save lives through high‑tech filtration, separation, and purification. Your role will help customers in the Energy industry protect critical assets, improve product quality, and reduce waste and emissions.

• Prepare P&L and KPI analysis, forecasts, and annual budget for the Energy+ Americas region; create and present financial reporting packages to senior business unit leaders.
• Manage consolidation of business unit financial results, forecasts, and budgets; prepare financial presentations for Energy+ commercial leaders and the VP, Energy+ & Group Financial Officer EMEA.
• Enable achievement of global business unit financial goals through analysis and management of regional leader targets, assess risk and opportunities, and drive mitigation of risks and execution of opportunities.
• Partner with America’s sales team leaders to analyze price and margin results, analyse pipeline, prepare orders and revenue forecasts, review economics of sales opportunities, provide financial modelling and investment analysis support for large systems projects, and conduct working capital analysis to improve cash flow from operations.
• Partner with marketing and other functions to conduct competitive intelligence, frame threats and growth opportunities, and build long‑term financial projections in support of the business unit’s strategic plan.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline with 9+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 7+ years OR Doctoral degree with 4+ years.
• Highly analytical with strong business acumen and financial modelling skills.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Qlik View, Power
  
  BI, Workday or similar.

Domestic and international travel may be required (less than 10%).

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000 (NY only). The role may also be eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Pall offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
