Location:
- DeLand, FL (Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 remote) Salary: $84,400 – $129,200 / yr + $10,500 variable
Employment Type:
Permanent Candidate Fit Summary Finance Leadership: 2+ years managing finance teams; experience in delegation, mentoring, and operational oversight.
- Expert in COGNOS & Crystal Reports; advanced Excel modeling for pricing, profitability, and operations.
- Strong analytical skills; experience with SQL queries, relational databases, and business process optimization.
- Skilled at leading teams, managing priorities, and developing reports for senior leadership.
- Experienced in presenting financial insights, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA preferred.
Experience:
- Healthcare/lab experience beneficial; adaptable to industry-specific finance processes.
Skills:
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), financial modeling, and report generation.
