Position Overview

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversion, positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by performing lobby engagement activities, educating customers on options for managing financial transactions, and leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

• Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations, creating customized solutions.
• Managing Risk – Assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Roles at this level typically require an Associate’s degree or equivalent, and related experience or product knowledge. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
