Financial Services Associates help individuals and families understand solutions designed to protect income, prepare for retirement, build wealth, and preserve a lasting legacy. This role includes financial education, client relationship development, needs-based consultations, and ongoing professional training.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Conduct financial needs assessments
• Educate clients about insurance, retirement, and wealth-building solutions
• Participate in team training and professional development
• Maintain accurate client records and follow industry guidelines
• Build a referral-based practice through networking and community engagement

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and coachable
• Interest in financial services and helping families
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Life insurance license preferred but not required
• Willingness to complete required licensing and training
