Our facility in Deland, Florida is seeking a dedicated psychology professional to support students in a K-12 grade setting. This position involves conducting mostly re-evaluations for students, providing valuable insights to support their educational journey. The position entails a shift schedule of Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours a week. Note that compensation is strictly for hours worked, with unpaid days during school holidays or closings due to workshops and weather conditions.

Required Qualifications
Psychologist, School

Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
State Certification and / or Licensure is Required to Start the Assignment

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a School Setting is Preferred
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members
Proficiency in assessment tools and techniques used in school and educational settings
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
Strong Knowledge of Child Development, Learning Theories, and Behavioral Interventions
