Race Trac - 2080 South Woodland Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Effectively and accurately execute the Race Trac store plan to ensure brand consistency and enhance guest experience.;
Foster a Guest-Obsessed culture by rallying team members around a guest-focused approach, implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience, and proactively addressing concerns.;
Employ strategies to boost spirits during busy and stressful times, creating an enjoyable environment for all guests, team members, and vendors.;
Foster a food safety mindset within the store through continuous coaching and training on food safety and standards.;
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all standards are met or exceeded.
