Business Systems Analyst – 2027

Some of the tasks involved in this role are:

• Assistin collecting, documenting, andanalyzingbusiness requirements from stakeholders to support system enhancements and process improvements
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  
  Analyze business data and system reports toidentifytrends, gaps or inefficiencies and help translate findings into actionable insights for the team
• Support the creation and maintenance of process flows, functionalspecificationsand other technical/business documentation
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for SAP-related issues,assistusers with navigation and data entry questions
• Help develop test cases,participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) andvalidatethat system changes meet business requirements before deployment
• Cross Functional Collaboration
  - Work closely with IT, business unitsand teamson projects and support the resolution of issues

• Ability to cope with pressure and challenging situations

• You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2027
• You should have no more than 12 months’work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.)
• You must be eligible to live and work permanently inthe U.S
• You will need to have aDegreeand/or Masters in a relevant discipline i.e.:
  
  Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline Computer Systems Technology, or IT diploma/degree programs
• Agood levelof verbal and written English
• Driving Licence
• Willing to work full-time, in person
