Inspect product, package product, operate equipment to manufacturing pharmaceuticals. Documentation. Follow safety protocols, housekeeping.
- Sets up various production machines and ancillary equipment according to procedures and product specifications
- Monitors machinery and goals during shift and adjust as necessary.
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment malfunction arrange or complete repairs.
- Performs preventive maintenance as assigned by supervisor according to the Preventive Maintenance schedule.
- Completes documentation related to the finished product according to established guidelines.
- Interprets data and confer with management to determine required standards.
- Selects products for inspection evaluation at specified stages in production process, performs various inspections per required characteristics.
- Transports hazardous waste to required areas. Complete annual refresher trainings.
