HIRING ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE - PLEASE APPLY
MBI Direct Mail + Digital is looking for a dependable Cutter Operator to join our production team in DeLand, FL. This role is responsible for operating cutting equipment, preparing printed materials, and ensuring all work meets quality and accuracy standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a production environment where teamwork and efficiency matter. Compensation is based on experience, shift, and the ability to operate multiple machines.
What You'll Do- Operate cutting equipment safely and accurately
- Set up jobs based on work orders and specifications
- Measure, trim, and prepare printed materials
- Check finished work for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate with the production team to keep jobs moving
- Cutter, bindery, print, direct mail, or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read job tickets and measurements
- Mechanical aptitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
Compensation
- Entry-level: $15.00 - $18.00/hr
- Solid Operator: $19.00 - $22.00/hr
- Experienced, reliable, can set up jobs independently: $22.00 - $25.00/hr
- Multi-machine operator: $25.00+/hr
