Production Associate – 1st Shift Mon-Thurs

Overview

Production Associate in the Consumables Department, located on-site in DeLand, FL. Reports to the Production Supervisor. Responsible for safely and efficiently performing tasks related to the Consumables Department.

• Set up and operate all equipment in the related area to produce complicated components, subassemblies, and final assemblies from blueprints and work instructions.
• Work under the direction of supervisors or more experienced personnel with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and logs and collect any necessary data for use by Engineering.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of production/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 10 hours.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings and/or schematics.
• Using scorecards or other process tracking tools.

On-site role in DeLand, FL. Capable of performing duties that may require standing and manual handling as described above.
