Production Associate – 2nd shift Mon-Thurs

Production Associate I

This role is part of the Consumables Department located in DeLand, FL and is an on-site position. It reports to the Production Supervisor.

• Set up and operate all equipment in a related area to produce complicated components, subassemblies, and final assemblies from blueprints and work instructions.
• Work under the direction of supervisors or more experienced personnel, with little supervision.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and collect any necessary data for use by Engineering.

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or Equivalent.
• Minimum one year of production/manufacturing experience.

• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 10 hours.
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and/or schematics.
• Utilizing scorecards or other process tracking tools.
