Community Alliance Church in Winter Springs, Florida, is prayerfully seeking its next Lead Pastor to shepherd a warm, caring congregation with a rich history of faithfully serving both the church and the surrounding community. This is a part‑time position and candidates with bi‑vocational or con vocational ministry experience are preferred.

, which has been serving children from three months through VPK for over twenty years. This thriving ministry has provided families with exceptional care while creating meaningful opportunities to build lasting relationships within the community.
