Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant

We are currently seeking a full-time and part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our locations in DeLand and Orange City, Florida. This position offers a consistent Monday‑Friday schedule, along with a rotating on‑call schedule— with no weekend shifts required.

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care across a wide range of needs. Working alongside a collaborative medical team and under physician supervision, you will:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute, chronic, and episodic conditions
• Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate treatments
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical exams
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and long‑term health management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment

• Active Florida license as a Physician Assistant or APRN
• Strong leadership skills with a positive, team‑oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced clinical setting
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
