RN Home Health - Deland, FL - Local or Traveler
13-week FT assignment available, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 40 hours/week. On-call required if requested. Travel area includes Volusia County and Deland area. Guaranteed hours:
0. Productivity: 30 units. Requirements include Home Health experience, HCHB, OASIS, and IV certification. Average of 3 SOCs daily with regular follow-up visits as needed.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience
• OASIS experience
• Active RN state license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• 1-2 years RN clinical care experience
• 2+ years Home Health experience
Preferred: CHPN certification.
