• Lead a winning team on your shift, setting a cheerful, can‑do attitude that motivates teammates.
• Provide clear direction and step in to assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real‑time, offering guidance and support during each shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Ensure proper execution of inventory, vendor check‑in, and promotional communication.
• Oversee key store processes including write‑offs, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
• Model communication & accountability, relaying important updates from leadership to shift associates.
• Monitor task completion and provide immediate feedback to drive results.
• Support a team culture rooted in accountability, respect, and teamwork.
• Proactively step in during busy times or challenges to demonstrate leadership.
• Conduct regular store walkthroughs, providing constructive feedback.
• Escalate issues to Co‑Manager or General Manager as appropriate.
• Train members on new and updated policies, maintaining compliance.
• Ensure inventory control processes are executed consistently, handling write‑offs, accurate receiving and cash wrap controls.
• Collaborate with vendors to confirm orders are received accurately.
• Communicate critical updates from management to associates clearly and accurately.
• Monitor status of materials, supplies, and merchandise to maintain accurate stock levels.

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service (preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume, guest‑focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team‑building skills.
• High school diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks without frequent breaks.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.).
