As a Client Growth Specialist (CGS), you’ll own the most important phase of the client lifecycle:
acquire, activate, and grow new or re-engaged clients during their first 24 months
.
You are here to:
- Win the client
- Launch them successfully
- Drive early revenue and margin
- Then hand off to our Account Management team and go hunt again
This role is intentionally designed for sales athletes
, not ordertakers.
- Convert inbound leads, referrals, and warm opportunities into new clients
- Reactivate dormant clients (6+ months inactive)
- Drive first-job and second-job successes through strong value positioning
- Run clean, disciplined follow-up using CRM and sales tools
- Hold the line on pricing and gross margins
- Execute a clean account transition at the 24-month mark
All sales compensation is tied to what you can control: acquisition and early growth.
Compensation (Built for Real Performers)
- Base Salary: $60,000
- Commission: 5% of gross profit during the first 24 months of each client
- Quarterly Performance Bonuses
- Target Earnings: ~$90,000 at plan
- Top performers can exceed this significantly through consistent execution
