International Sales Manager for Latin America (Hiring Immediately) job at Jobot, Deland, FL.

Growing flavors company seeks a bilingual sales manager to join the team. This role will be based out of Central Florida and travel internationally to LATAM as needed.

Salary: $100,000 - $250,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory, reaching or exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a flavor or ingredient sales role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience in the food industry, specifically working with flavors or ingredients, is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the LATAM market and experience in managing relationships in this region.
  • Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken, as this will be the main language used in this role.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Analytical skills with a problem‑solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
