• Estimated first-year earnings range: $65,000 - $85,000
• Uncapped commission and earnings.
• Training Pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.
• This position sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise.
• The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services.
• Leads are generated through a combination of walk‑ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting.

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided for off‑site appointments.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience with a CRM (lead management system preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
