Commercial Sales Executive – DeLand / Deltona / West Volusia County | Dave’s Pest Control
Dave’s Pest Control is a family-owned pest control company that has grown significantly over the last several years through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions across Florida. As we continue to expand our commercial footprint, we’re building out our outside sales team to match, and we’re looking for a hunter.
This is not primarily a leads-provided role. The expectation is roughly 75% self-generated prospecting and 25% company-provided leads. You’re cold outreaching, networking, door knocking on commercial properties, and closing recurring service contracts with property managers, HOAs, restaurants, hospitality groups, healthcare facilities, and commercial real estate decision-makers. If you come from B2B field sales in uniforms, laundry services, HVAC, commercial cleaning, or a similar recurring service industry, this role will feel familiar.
Pest control experience is a plus, but it’s not required. What we care about is whether you can build a pipeline independently and close.
Reps consistently closing $45K+ in new annual contract value per month are on pace for six figures. We expect our commercial sales executives to build and maintain a minimum of $500,000 in total annual contract value, with top performers exceeding $850,000. Compensation is base salary plus commission, structured to reward closers who perform.
You’re a fit if you’re used to building your own pipeline from scratch (preferably within the service industry), not relying on leads to feed you, and have a track record of closing recurring service contracts rather than one-time jobs.
What we offer- Base salary + commission
- Company vehicle and gas card
- iPhone and iPad provided
- 401(k) with 3% profit share
- Health insurance
- 10 days PTO + paid holidays
