Wholesale Sales Representative – Floral, Greenery & Event Industry

Select Growers is a family-owned business specializing in premium cut foliage, greenery, wreaths, garlands, centerpieces, and seasonal décor products for florists, event professionals, designers, and retail clients. For decades, we have built our reputation on quality products, exceptional service, and strong customer relationships throughout the floral and event industries.

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to help grow our customer base while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing accounts.

The Wholesale Sales Representative will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with florists, event designers, wedding professionals, venues, wholesalers and other industry clients. This position combines sales, customer service, account management, and business development while serving as a professional representative of the Select Growers brand.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and passionate about building relationships and helping customers succeed.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Follow up on leads, quotes, customer inquiries, and seasonal sales opportunities
• Communicate product availability, seasonal offerings, promotions, and new products
• Assist customers with product recommendations and greenery solutions
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure excellent customer service and order fulfillment
• Maintain organized customer records and communication history
• Assist with taking photos and creating content for social media and marketing efforts when needed
• Represent Select Growers in a professional and positive manner
• Help support continued sales growth and customer retention efforts

• Experience in floral, event, horticulture, wholesale, retail, or related industries preferred
• Knowledge of the cut foliage, floral, or greenery industry preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Creative mindset with an eye for presentation and design
• Comfortable using social media platforms and taking photos/content for marketing purposes
• Basic computer and email proficiency required

Must be able to work in office in DeLeon Springs Monday–Friday

Compensation is based on experience and may include commission opportunities, and performance incentives. Pay range is $17-$19 per hour + commission on new customers.
