Schedule:

7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Occasional weekends, overtime, and evenings may be required)

Primary Job Function:
Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards while providing an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Required Qualifications:

* Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (changeouts preferred)

* Strong knowledge of various HVAC equipment types and installation best practices

* Proficient in residential and light commercial installations

* Familiar with equipment start-up, basic troubleshooting, line sets, brazing, and pressure testing

* Solid understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagrams

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and installation instructions

* Skilled in running, insulating, and sealing ductwork

* Thorough knowledge of current city and county installation codes

* Current EPA 608 Certification

* Own basic hand tools and commitment to maintaining them

* Strong safety awareness and strict adherence to all safety protocols

* Excellent customer service skills with a proactive, professional attitude

Qualifications Desired (but not required):

* 3+ years of installation experience

* NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain and maintain)

* Well-organized with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Energetic personality and positive attitude

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Willingness to invest time in ongoing training and professional development
