We are currently looking for a motivated Entry Level HVAC Installer to join our growing installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn the trade and build a stable, long-term career with a respected local company.
Schedule:7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday (occasional overtime, evenings, and weekends may be required)
Pay:$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Primary Responsibilities:Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems while maintaining high safety standards and delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications:- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work at heights and use scissor/genie lifts safely
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool knowledge
- Willingness to learn and follow installation best practices
- Commitment to safety protocols and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Trade school training or at least 6 months experience as an HVAC Install Helper
- Mechanical and tool knowledge highly preferred
- EPA 608 Certification (preferred)
- Previous construction or mechanical experience
- Ability to read basic blueprints and diagrams
